1. Overview of Service

Picfy offers AI-powered image creation and editing tools, including:

  • Face-based image generation
  • Face swapping
  • Bulk visual transformation

You may use these tools for lawful, personal, and creative purposes only.

2. Account Access

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age of digital consent in your country.
  • You are responsible for any content or activity under your account.

3. Free Credits and Payments

  • All users receive 3 free credits upon sign-up (one-time only).
  • You may purchase additional credits through Paddle, our third-party payment provider.
  • Prices, features, and credit packages are subject to change.
  • No refunds are offered once credits are purchased.

4. User Content and Conduct

You may upload your own images or prompts to generate content. By doing so, you confirm:

  • You own or have the legal right to use the content.
  • Any identifiable individuals in images have given consent.
  • You will not upload or generate any of the following:
    • Nudity or sexually explicit content
    • Hateful, abusive, or violent material
    • Misleading or impersonation content (e.g., fake IDs, political deepfakes)
    • Infringing or illegal materials

Violating this policy may result in account suspension or deletion.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • User-generated content is stored on your account.
  • Picfy does not claim ownership over your uploads or outputs.
  • However, we may store content to improve our services, detect abuse, or for moderation purposes.
  • Do not rely on outputs as factual or safe for public distribution — always verify.

Privacy Policy

This section describes how Picfy handles your personal data.

1. What We Collect

We collect and store:

  • Your Google account information (name, email)
  • Images and prompts you upload or generate
  • Saved outputs linked to your account

We do not currently collect or store:

  • Personal IP address logs (unless required for abuse prevention)
  • Biometric face data in standalone form — face data exists only within the uploaded images

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve our AI services
  • Save and display your outputs in your account
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse
  • Communicate important service updates

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

  • To comply with legal obligations
  • When required by our payment provider (Paddle) during transactions

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made for credits on Picfy are final and non-refundable.
  • By purchasing credits, you agree that:
    • You’ve reviewed available features and credit usage
    • You will not request chargebacks for used or unused credits

If you experience a technical issue with the platform, contact us and we’ll review your case — but refunds will not be issued once credits are applied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picfy and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes must be resolved under Pakistani law.
